We always try our best to display the information and colors of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate as the actual colours you see depends on your monitor quality.

We will ship your order item(s) within 24 hours of your purchase, Monday to Friday.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours or 2 working days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

Depending on the stock availability at TravelBeib Shop, only exchanges of alternative is possible (product types are not recommended). Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to our address which will be given following your exchange request. 

The shipping cost of exchange is non refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Kindly wrap your purchased item(s) at TravelBeib Shop in the original shipping packaging or with any type of safe wrapping. Make a video of the wrapping, for proof of perfect condition that product is undamaged, unwashed, and the clothing tag is well-attached.

To be eligible for a exchange, you need to have a proof of unboxing video about the item(s), your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, and not ironed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Incomplete, used, damaged, or sullied returned item(s) will not be accepted.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us as soon as you receive the damaged item and we will give you further instructions.

We will replace your items or give you a full refund on a case by case basis.

 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM(S) OR DAMAGES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you receive wrong item(s). Name the type of product  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damage of the item(s) that occurs during delivery is not our responsibility.

1.  Dry Clean (is suggested)

2.  Hand Wash

      -   Use cold water.

      -   Separate fabric from other clothing, especially plain fabrics.

      -   Do not use harsh detergents on Ulos, as it can discolor.

      -   Do not dry fabric in direct sunlight. Dry the product in the shade.

      -   Do not use bleach.

      -   Do not soak.

      -   When ironing, put a mat on top of the Ulos first. Iron with low temperature.
